The Dance Championships launched in 2019 and has since hosted a variety of vibrant competitions across Kent and Sussex. We aim to deliver up to two competitions each year, selecting professional theatres, schools, and venues that offer young dancers an inspiring and competitive stage.

Though we are a small but passionate team, we bring over 15 years of experience in the dance industry. Our mission is to create a welcoming and professional environment where dancers of all levels can enjoy the thrill of performing, the pride of achievement, and the spirit of healthy competition.

We’re committed to variety, fairness, and fun, ensuring every dancer is placed in the appropriate category and supported throughout their experience. At the heart of everything we do is a belief in celebrating talent and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere—where every dancer feels seen, valued, and encouraged.
